We have double boxed this item and are offering the shipping at a subsidized rate of $135.00. These bikes have molded styrofoam all around the bike with the sensitive areas double protected. Also there are plastic inserts protecting the corners. We use extra thick cardboard for the inner carton and outer carton. These are double boxed with extra thick 1500lb test corrugated cartons. The total packing and shipping cost is about $180 each bike and we are charging only $135 each.
