What does this have to do with the Right Wing? Actually it is more related to the recent surge of extremism in the right wing. This surge of extremism can be associated with Uranus’ movement out of Pisces and into Aries. Whatever the group, whatever the political faction, the call is for ‘free reign’ and the right to make one’s own rules. During this passage this cry will have great appeal. Surges of freedom and rebellion will be apparent across the board from pushes to curb the power of corporations for the sake of the individual to rebellion of the corporations against government intervention in free enterprise. The urge is the same: freedom. With this comes the desire to over throw, on the one hand, regulation by the government and, on the other hand, the dominance of corporations that have grown so large and powerful.
Extremism may filter into leadership and no longer be relegated to the fringes. The military may emerge with a desire for free reign and its own rules. A fascist extreme right wing group seeks primarily to operate autonomously and without restraint. Where abuse can come from is the logic that the big and strong can get bigger and stronger if they did not have to put up with the weak and small, and so they should have the freedom to get bigger and stronger regardless of the consequences on other classes, races, etc. This would be an example of Uranus in Aries out of hand. The principle is the freedom to create and unfold unhampered. As individuals Uranus in Aries is a call to actualization, self reliance, independence, autonomy, and innovation. Along with the urges for independence comes the necessity for greater self reliance, and proactive creation. For some this may feel like a call from Destiny, with a strong sense of immediacy and urgency. Do you have a right wing? Chances are there will be a great emergence of countries declaring independence, and disenfranchised peoples fighting for equality and the freedom to create their own lives. The hopeful side of this movement comes from the fact that Uranus and Jupiter will be conjunct and move into Aries pretty much together. These two planets have been joining together recently in the sign of Pisces, signaling the promise of inner spiritual development, greater senses about interconnectedness and unity, increased intuition, and interdimensional awareness beyond the physical plane. For the common man it will be easier to experience unity consciousness and many will achieve knowledge of other dimensions. Uranus and Jupiter will be conjunct on January 4 of 2011 and will be the third in a series. The first one was on June 8, 2010 at 0 degrees Aries and the second one was on September 18, 2010 at 29 degrees Pisces. The Jupiter principle is expansion, the Uranus principle is innovation; together we can probably count on some major breakthroughs. So the realization of interconnectedness that unfolded during the conjunctions of Jupiter and Uranus in Pisces, we can hopefully expect to be acted upon (Aries being a very active and initiating sign) as these two planets move forward, conjoined in Aries. Perhaps we will see great activity for unity, equality, and prosperity for humanity as a whole. As we move into 2011 life will not be a simple matter of adjusting to Uranus in Aries.
