These beautiful Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls come in both the white frosted and clear design. They also come with handles on them and these are often called 'practitioner' bowls.

When choosing a bowl for yourself or for someone else there are several ways to decide. Bowls come in several sizes from 5" diameter to 24" diameter. So you might consider size and weight. An 8" diameter bowl only weighs at most 5lbs and an 18" diameter bowl weighs 31 lbs - not as easy to move around.

You could also choose a bowl by sound - which sound pleases you the most? Each bowl is tuned to a particular note, - 7 possible from the musical scale.
